We dispatch fast and keep things simple: free UK Royal Mail 2nd Class on all orders, with paid upgrades available at checkout (1st Class / Tracked). See our full Postage (https://www.geniecards.co.uk/policies)policy.
Orders placed before 3:00pm Mon–Fri ship the same working day. 1st/2nd Class are sent as Royal Mail franked business mail, and we may upgrade to a signed service where appropriate at no extra cost.
Returns are easy too: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return — items must be returned in the same condition, authenticity is checked on return, and refunds are made to the original payment method.
