Here at Genie Cards, we’re committed to providing a highly professional service.

We understand the concerns around card authenticity and condition, especially with new players & collectors.

All of our cards are inspected by our team, prior to being listed.

You can rely on us for authenticity and reliability.

 

We have over 3 decades of combined experience trading MTG.

We’ve built up a solid reputation on eBay, please check out our feedback.

 

We only deal in genuine Magic: the Gathering cards.

 

Card condition is stated in the listing title. Due to the volume of cards we process, we do not capture images of each card. If you would like more detailed photos of the cards you're interested in, please use the contact page to get in touch. 

In the unlikely event there is an issue with your order, please use the contact page - “Problems With An Order”. We will do everything in our power to set things right.

POSTAGE POLICY

We offer free postage & packaging on everything,

via our Royal Mail 2nd class business franked service. Franked postage moves faster through Royal Mail's supply chain, so you get your order quick.

 

We dispatch all orders placed by 3PM the same day.

Upgrades to 1st class and tracked services are available at checkout.

Large orders will be upgraded to tracked, for free.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day returns policy.

You have 14 days after receiving your cards to request a return.

 

​To be eligible for a return, your cards must be in the same condition that you received them in. All cards are checked for authenticity on return.

 

Refunds will be paid to the original payment method.

 

Customers can submit a return request via the contact page – “Returns”.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ​

All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
